    Doctors and the nurses are very friendly, patient, and professional. However because of the receptionists and the billing system I don't think I would come back.

    I was run out the time (have to pick up my baby) so I paid. I talked to my husband and he said their billing system must be charged on doctors' name rather than patients' history.

    Went back there to change the dressing the other day, because the doctor I saw last time was not in duty, another doctor was asked to have a look. She wrote a description cream, asked my husband got it from pharmacy and asked the nurse changed the dressing with that cream. Didn't charged me anything.

    34 years at the same doctor's surgery and the appointment delays cause me to shop around. From the moment you walk in, your treated so well. I have seen 4 doctors here and they are all brilliant! Flexibility with same day appointments and open 7 days with quality care -WINNING, so glad you opened.

    For me, it was so silly. If the receptionist just took a minute to call the doctor again or even look up in the computer when I questioned the payment, they would figure out.

    I have waited well over 30 mins for some of my appointments.. listening to the staff just chatting... I had an appointment and was told to come 20 mins early.. still sat for about 15 mins till I was called in to be told I was booked with the wrong dr.. total waste of my day off work..

    I took my mother to see Dr Kyle last week. He was very approachable, friendly and efficient. He was attentive to my mother and ensured my mother understood the outcome of the visit. I would definitely book in with Dr Kyle again!

    I burnt myself by a cup of hot tea, first treatment the doctor explained to me it was not bulk billed and have to pay the dressing which I can understand because that silver Anticoat is very expensive and I have a big area need to covered. So the first bill was about $84 ($50 for dressing)

    I waited for couple minutes, the receptionist came back to me said charged me as last time, so $34 for the doctors after rebate, which I was fine and paid. Then she said $50 for the dressing! WTH???!!!! I said but I wasn't charged for the last treatment and I brought my own cream, just changed the pad and bandage. I also asked are you sure? Can you please double check with the doctor? The receptionist just replied with a cold and impatient face, said I just did what the doctor told me, she said charged as last time. And don't even bother to give the doctor a ring.

    The third time, back to the original doctor, she took a look and very happy for my healing, said keep using the cream would be fine. After changing I asked the receptionist how much I should pay she said she had to ask the doctor.
